Halogen Puck Light
Halogen Puck lights can be recessed or surface mounted. Halogen Puck Lights come with a 12V 20W Halogen G4 bulb. Requires the use of a 12V transformer.

Zenon / Xenon Puck Light
Zenon or Xenon Puck Lights are similar to Halogen Puck Lights with the exception of the halogen bulb. Instead it uses a Zenon/Xenon bulb which burns a little cooler and last twice as long as the halogen bulb.

LED Puck Light
New LED (Light Emitting Diodes) puck lights are the latest in technology. They will last up to 50,000 hours compared to about 2000-3000 for the halogen models and also have virtually no heat. The only disadvantages to LED is that they are not very bright compared to Halogen. The use of a LED Driver is reccomended instead of a transformer.
