Terms & Conditions of Sale
Please read carefully! When placing your order
you are accepting LightingFX sales policy as follows:
- LightingFX terms and conditions of sale shall apply, and can not be
modified or superseded by our acceptance of a purchase order containing
different terms and conditions.
- Terms of payment: Credit card purchases only via our secure on-line
merchant system.
Pre-approved company purchase orders only accepted for large telephone
orders, and will be shipped COD.
- LightingFX prices are quoted F.O.B Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our catalog
price list does not include applicable shipping and handling charges. These
charges shall be added separately upon completion of your order form.
- Purchases by Florida residents will be subject to an additional 6% sales
tax.
- All orders will be shipped via standard UPS ground service, unless
otherwise noted in your order. Second and next day UPS deliveries within the
continental U.S.A are also available. Please inquire about any for
additional charges when placing your order.
- For International shipments, please contact us in advance via E-mail to
request specific International shipping and handling charges.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted without prior authorization. Only unused items
in their original cartons may be returned within 30 days from the original
date of purchase. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid and
will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- LightingFX will not be responsible for fixtures repaired or altered by
customer, used or installed in an unsafe manner or not following the
manufacturer's assembly & installation instructions and requirements.
Products not used or installed accordingly shall make any claim null and
void.
- LightingFX assumes absolutely no responsibility for any charges involved
in repairing or replacing damaged merchandise on-site.
- LightingFX reserves the right to make changes in the design and
construction of its products, including discontinuation of models in its
catalog without any prior notice.
- LightingFX will repair or replace any product defective in materials or
construction within 90 days from the date of shipment. Such replacement is
the only course of action against LightingFX if any product delivered is
found to be defective.
- Disputes arising between seller and buyer shall be governed by the laws of
the State of Florida.
