Do you have a
printed version of your catalog?
No, we do not have a printed catalog. Instead we update our online
catalog each week with new items and prices.
Where are you
located?
LightingFX is located in South Florida at 220 Lock Road, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442. This location is our office, we do not have
a showroom. You are more then welcome however to come by and meet with us
if you have any questions.
Can anyone
purchase from LightingFX?
Yes, anyone can purchase from us. We sell to the individuals doing a
do-it-yourself project as well as contractors, electricians and home
decorators. We have no minimum order quantity, therefore you can purchase
a single light bulb from us if you wish.
Can someone
help me over the phone?
Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
(eastern time). You can reach us toll free at (866) 753-2882. We are
here to help you with any questions you may have.

How do I
place an order on LightingFX?
You can either place your order on our secure website by adding products to your
shopping cart or you may give us a call and we will take your order over the
phone.
How much is
shipping?
Shipping varies by the weight of the items you purchase and your
location. Typically shipping for most orders is from $5.00 to $15.00
(USA). International shipping starts at $25.00 (except Canada).
What methods
of shipping do you offer?
By default we ship via UPS Ground. If you need an alternate method of
shipping (UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day) please contact us by phone and we can
arrange for it.
How long will
it take to receive my items?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and should arrive in 3-10
business days. Generally bulbs and transformers are shipped immediately
and light fixtures take a few more days to prepare and ship out. From time
to time certain light fixtures will be on back order from the manufacturer and
you will be contacted as to the ETA. (UPS Next Day and Second Day orders will be
processed quicker)
How do I
track a package?
Unfortunately we do not have a online tracking system. If you wish to
track your package, please have your name and order number ready and give us a
call. We will do our best to provide you with the UPS or appropriate
tracking numbers.
What forms of
payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. You may also send us a
check or money order. Checks will have to clear before items are shipped
out.
Do you charge
sales tax?
We are only required to charge sales tax if you are located in Florida.
Do you ship
Internationally?
Yes, we can ship Internationally to most countries as long as UPS delivers
to that specific country. If you have any questions or need more info in
International shipping, please contact us.

What is your
return policy?
Only unused items in their original cartons may be returned within 30 days
from the original date of purchase. All authorized returns must be shipped
freight prepaid and will incur a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be
accepted without prior authorization.
What do I do
if I receive a damaged item?
Most customers receive the products they ordered in perfect condition.
However, from time to time it is possible to receive a damaged or defective
item. Please contact us via Email
or Toll Free (866) 753-2882 as soon as possible so that we may send you a
replacement.
