After much searching, I happened upon a picture of my pendant on this website. I noted the specs were different than my transformer. Customer Svc. was able to look up the specs and confirm the match. I got the transformer the 2nd day after ordering instead of 3-5 days. It was smaller than the original thus, easier to install in the cowling. I can't yet speak to reliability but it is working fine. |

This transformer certainly lives up to other customer ratings, but one feature turned out to be especially important in my case: the electronic short circuit protection. Turns out we had an intermittent short in the wiring to one of our puck lights, which probably caused the original transformer (installed by previous owner) to fail. With the new Hatch transformer I was able to detect, track down and fix the short without damage to the transformer; now everything works fine. |

Have a whole kitchen full of lv xenon pucks - the transformers from Hafele kept failing after two or so years (surprising since most of these transformers last a decade or two) Finally gave up on the other brand and have tried these - small, inexpensive and thus far, outperform the pricier alternative! |

This transformer was purchased to replace an existing transformer. It works. The best part was getting it in quickly to keep my customer happy. Thank you Lighting FX for your prompt service |

Only slightly larger than a 9 volt battery, this unit works great. Soft start feature works well, extending bulb life. Emits no audible noise, and is easy to conceal. Highly recommended. |

Used this to replace a defective transformer in an under-counter light. Very well constructed, small size and completely silent. Metal case instead of the original’s plastic case. I’d highly recommend it. |
