Designed for open (yet-to-be-drywalled) ceilings these housings incorporate a plate and hanger bars so the housing can be positioned in the desired location. New construction type housings combine a remodel style housing with a frame-in plate. Complete with thermal cut off. Accepts all 4" trims.
Insulation:
Insulation must be kept at least 3" away from sides, and 1" away from top of housing.
Bar Hangers:
Bar Hangers are adjustable to 24" for easy installation.
