The product was well packaged and the best cable light for the price on the internet. Installed in a room with a tin ceiling which was a perfect solution for the client. the installation took less than an hour.

I disagree with Andy’s critique of this product. We purchase and I installed a kit exactly like this one. It took about an hour. It was pretty straight-forward. I didn’t use the mounting hooks with wood threads that came with the kit because I installed them under a shelf. I installed them under a shelf so I used eye bolts. I’m looking to buy another set for under another shelf.

I like the look of these lights, but they are pretty technical to install. I opened the box and all the little pieces fell out in a big pile. I was missing one tiny (important) screw and another tiny (important) washer, which amazingly I found in debris, but it was not packed well. The lights are not very adjustable since you have to turn everything off, unplug and wait for cool down to reposition the lights. Then they shake for a few minutes. Anyway, I don’t hate them, but if you are picky I would recommend going with something else.
