The product was well packaged and the best cable light for the price on the internet. Installed in a room with a tin ceiling which was a perfect solution for the client. the installation took less than an hour. |

I like the look of these lights, but they are pretty technical to install. I opened the box and all the little pieces fell out in a big pile. I was missing one tiny (important) screw and another tiny (important) washer, which amazingly I found in debris, |
